2月6日,在省十届人民代表大会第二次会议上,当省高级人民法院院长吴家友、省人民检察院检察长靳军向大会报告完2003年工作时,全场报以热烈的掌声。掌声的背后是全体人大代表对过去一年审判工作和检察工作的肯定和赞扬,同时也是对新一年“两院”工作的热情期待。法律乃社会公器,调节着社会关系。2003年我省经济迅猛发展,生产总值达到5395.91亿元,比上年增加9.3％,人民生活秩序稳定,社会文明进步,这些都离不开健全的法治作保障。回首2003年,我省“两院”工作谱写了推进社会文明进步、司法为民的新篇章。
