1994年的7月5日,《中华人民共和国劳动法》颁布。《劳动法》出台以后的这十年,笔者有个很大的感触,就是它让越来越多的劳动者不仅知道了有这么一部保护他们自身合法权益的武器存在,而且屡屡拿起它来作为“护身符”,并且越加使用越加纯熟。套用一句流行的习惯用语对此加以概括,就是经过十年来的认真学习与实践,劳动者基本上摸索把握到了运用劳动法律、法规的技巧,依法维护自身合法权益,挽回被侵犯利益的水平得到很大的提高。
