近年来,有关死者名誉的案件时有发生,但我国民事立法中并未予以明确规定,然而,这类保护由于此类实际问题(侵害死者名誉的行为)的存在而不可避免。死者的名誉具有特定的象征意义。因此对它的法律保护十分重要。
