目的 观察尿脱落细胞琼脂石蜡双包埋连续切片法在膀胱癌诊断中的价值。方法 对71份尿脱落细胞进行琼脂石蜡双包埋连续切片,并同时与涂片方法对比分析。结果 尿脱落细胞琼脂石蜡双包埋连续切片镜下细胞数目多、厚薄一致,细胞形态清晰,易于观察诊断,用尿脱落细胞琼脂石蜡双包埋连续切片法诊断膀胱癌的阳性率高于涂片法(P<0.01)。结论 尿脱落细胞琼脂石蜡双包埋连续切片法可以明显提高膀胱癌的检出率,临床应用价值较高。
