定格动画是以材料代替动画中的个个元素,其中材料的应用是定格动画不可或缺的部分。定格动画的诞生到现在已经经历了无数岁月的洗礼,其传承下来所具有的文化遗传不言而喻。在计算机技术盛行的今天,相比于技术型动画定格动画无疑缺少了很大助力。但是定格动画无论从艺术上、技法上其中所蕴含的魅力是任何动画都代替不了的。新时代下的计算机技术的发展也给定格动画带来了不少好处,后期制作、数字拍摄、时空转换这些复杂性高的问题得到了一定的解决。
