为探索中药升降汤对胃肠激素的影响,用放射免疫分析法同步测定30只以升降汤(由黄芪、草豆蔻、干姜、白术、枳壳、酒大黄、竹茹、代赭石、焦槟榔、甘草等组成)灌胃治疗10d后小白鼠小肠组织胃动素和生长抑素水平,并与蒸馏水对照组31只进行对比观察。结果:升降汤组胃动素水平为(8.7094±1.0735)ng/g(湿重),对照组为(7.5854±0.8479)ng/g,两组差异有显著性(P<0.05);升降汤组生长抑素水平为(24.0743±2.9121)ng/g(湿重),对照组为(30.8291±3.6886)ng/g,两组差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。提示升降汤可提高实验性小白鼠小肠组织的胃动素水平及降低生长抑素水平,为该药在临床上调节胃肠运动功能的进一步研究提供一定的参考
In order to explore the effect of Chinese medicine decoction on gastrointestinal hormones, a simultaneous measurement of 30 soups was performed using radioimmunoassay (from Astragalus, Sophora lycopersicum, Ginger, Atractylodes, Citrus aurantium, Liquor rhubarb, Zhuru, Daitianshi, and Jiaoqiu. The motilin and somatostatin levels in the small intestine of the mice after 10 days of gavage treatment were compared with that of 31 distilled water control groups. RESULTS: The motilin level was (8.7094±1.0735) ng/g (wet weight) in the decoction group and (7.5854±0.8479) ng/g in the control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups ( P<0.05); somatostatin level in the decoction group was (24.0743±2.9121) ng/g (wet weight), and in the control group (30.8291±3.6886) ng/g. The difference was very significant (P < 0.01). It is suggested that lifting soup can increase the level of motilin and decrease the level of somatostatin in the small intestine of experimental mice, providing a certain reference for the further study of the drug in regulating the gastrointestinal motility in clinical practice.
