本文通过光镜和电镜研究了白芍延缓肾脏衰老的作用。形态计量结果表明,白芍使老年小鼠肾小体的大小,数量,肾小囊腔大小,滤过屏障基膜厚度及足细胞裂孔隙大小均有改变。
In this paper, we studied the effect of Angelica on aging of kidney by light and electron microscopy. The morphometric results showed that the size and number of the renal corpuscles, the size of the renal cysts, the thickness of the basement membrane of the filtration barrier, and the pore size of the podocytes in the aged mice were all changed.
