降防保心中药复方（ＪＦ）能降低肾血管性高血压大鼠（ＲＨＲ）的血压，使增高的ＲＨＲ的左室重／体重比得以回降。ＲＨＲ左室心肌中血管紧张素Ⅱ（ＡｎｇⅡ）水平显著降低；血管紧张素转换酶（ＡＣＥ）活力在肺组织中显著下降，在左室心肌及血清中ＡＣＥ亦呈下降趋势
Anti-inflammation Chinese Herbal Compound (JF) can reduce the blood pressure of renovascular hypertensive rats (RHR) and reduce the left ventricular weight/body weight ratio of the increased RHR. The level of angiotensin II (AngII) in the left ventricular myocardium of RHR was significantly decreased; the activity of angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) was significantly decreased in lung tissue, and the ACE in left ventricular myocardium and serum was also decreased.
