目的观察冠心病(CHD)合并糖代谢异常(AGM)患者平均血小板体积(MPV)的变化及其影响因素。方法选取CHD患者139例(CHD组),其中合并T2DM者46例(T2DM组),糖耐量减低(IGT组)者38例,无AGM者(NAGM组)55例。另选21名健康人群为对照(NC)组。均测定血小板体积(MPV)等参数。结果CHD组MPV高于NC组(P<0.05);T2DM组MPV高于NC组和NAGM组(P<0.01);IGT组MPV高于NC组(P<0.01)。CHD合并AGM患者MPV高值组BMI、2hPG、HbA1c和尿微量白蛋白MAU高于低值组(P<0.05)。HbA1c和BMI是MPV的独立影响因素。结论 CHD合并AGM患者MPV升高,BMI、2hPG、HbA1c和MAU与其升高有关,HbA1c和BMI是MPV的独立影响因素。
Objective To observe the changes of mean platelet volume (MPV) and its influencing factors in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) complicated by abnormal glucose metabolism (AGM). Methods One hundred and ninety-three CHD patients (CHD group) were enrolled. Among them, 46 patients with T2DM (T2DM group), 38 patients with impaired glucose tolerance (IGT group), 55 patients without AGM (NAGM group) Another 21 healthy people as control (NC) group. All parameters such as platelet volume (MPV) were measured. Results MPV in CHD group was higher than that in NC group (P <0.05). MPV in T2DM group was higher than that in NC group and NAGM group (P <0.01). MPV in IGT group was higher than that in NC group (P <0.01). The serum levels of BMI, 2hPG, HbA1c and urinary albumin MAU in CHD patients with AGM were significantly higher than those in the low-dose group (P <0.05). HbA1c and BMI are independent influencing factors of MPV. Conclusions MPV is increased in patients with CHD complicated with AGM. The levels of BMI, 2hPG, HbA1c and MAU are related to their elevation. HbA1c and BMI are independent factors of MPV.
