《雍正谕土尔扈特汗敕书》是雍正七年清廷给远居伏尔加河畔土尔扈特汗廷的谕旨,这件谕旨的原件和《康熙谕阿玉奇汗敕书》、《乾隆谕渥巴锡、策伯克多尔济、舍楞敕书》原藏于新疆和静县土尔扈特汗王府(又称满汉王府),现藏于新疆维吾尔自治区档案馆。上述三件敕书是清朝政府处理国内民族问题的重要文献,也是研究清代民族关系史的珍贵历史资料,其历史价值,近年来已日益引起研究者的重视。本文试就《雍正谕土尔扈特汗敕书》的内容作一介绍,并结合笔者接触到的有关中外历史记载,对雍正年间持此敕书出访土尔扈特汗廷的满泰使团略作评述。
The Book of Yongzheng Encyclopedia of Torertis was the imperial decree of the T’u-qi-ha-ting courtesy of the Volga River in the seven years of the Yongzheng reign of Emperor Yongzheng. The original of this imperial decree was “The Book of Kangsun Ayuqi Khan Book,” “ Tin, Zebuk Dorghe, Sherlock Hollow book ”was originally located in Hejing County, Xinjiang Torghut Khan Wangfu (also known as Manchu palace), now hiding in the archives of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. The above three books are important documents for the Qing government to deal with the issue of nationalities in the country. They are also valuable historical materials for studying the history of ethnic relations in the Qing Dynasty. Its historical value has drawn increasing attention in recent years. This article tries to introduce the contents of “Yongzheng Encyclopedia of Toretic Khan Book,” and combined with the historical records about the Chinese and foreign sources I contacted, this book is about the delegation of Manchuria who visited Torguthan during the Yongzheng period Comment.
