本文介绍了一种强流脉冲电子束材料表面改性装置 ,并对其基本构造及工作原理进行了剖析。电子束产生部分由爆炸电子发射阴极、等离子体阳极及导向磁场构成。在对该装置测试的基础之上 ,我们采用不同的工艺参数进行了 Al材表面改性实验。分析及测试结果表明 ,材料近表面层的显微结构发生明显的变化
In this paper, a kind of high intensity pulsed electron beam material surface modification device is introduced, and its basic structure and working principle are analyzed. The electron beam generating part is composed of an electron emission cathode, a plasma anode and a guiding magnetic field. Based on the test of the device, we used different process parameters to modify Al surface. Analysis and test results show that the microstructure of the near surface layer of the material changes obviously
