创新能力是民族发展的不竭动力,也是社会进步不可或缺的智力保障。数学家华罗庚曾说过:“‘人’之可贵在于能创造性地思维。”由此可见,创新能力在社会、个人的发展过程中有着非常重要的作用。学校是人才的摇篮,小学教育是教育的基础。所以,在小学阶段如果能对学生进行创新能力开发,对于提高学生创新能力有着非常积极的意义。为此,庆城小学为了全面培养小学生的创新能力,以素质教育为导向,以课外社团活动为平台,全面深化学生的创新能力教育。学校成立了近20个社团,以社团活动的有效开展为途径,积极探索培养学生综合实践能力、创新精神和探究能力的策略,促进学生创新能力的全面发展。
