色谱数据的处理一般有电子计算机和积分仪两大类方法。电子计算机处理是一种很好的方法,能够直接给出各组分百分含量,还能进行复杂的逻辑判断。但是它的价格高昂,目前国内多数工厂尤其中小型工厂尚没有电子计算机。积分仪处理能够对实验室工作提供方便,但对一般工厂常规、重复性分析好处并不大,因为它不能直接输出百分含量。本处理装置,使用简单的电子线路完成峰高乘系数的模拟运算,能够直接给出各组份的百分含量。它首次使用在 ZSP-764型全自动色谱仪中,能够无人操作,对于有适当色谱柱分离的气体样品自动
Chromatographic data processing generally have computer and integrator two categories of methods. Electronic computer processing is a good way to give the percentage of each component directly, and to make complex logical decisions. However, its price is very high. At present, most domestic factories, especially small and medium-sized factories, do not yet have electronic computers. Integrator processing can be convenient for laboratory work, but for general factory routine, the benefits of repetitive analysis are not significant because it can not directly output percentages.
