针对多工序加工系统中数控夹具设计应用问题,应用图论原理,通过工件特征公差关系图(FTG)和基准加工特征关系图(DMG)的方法,提出特征面关联法,建立多工序加工系统的“基准-加工-机床”的关系模型。采用特征面单位方向法矢量判别方法,基于数控机床制造能力确定工件的装夹能力,为多工位旋转夹具或多件装夹夹具设计提供合理方案。以汽车制动泵体件为例,分析工件装夹规划方案,研制出企业实用的多件装夹夹具装置。
Aiming at the problem of the design and application of CNC fixture in the multi-process machining system, by applying the theory of graph theory, this paper proposes the method of feature-surface correlation and establishes the multi-process machining system through the method of workpiece feature tolerance diagram (FTG) and datum machining feature map “Benchmark - Machining - Machine ” relationship model. Based on the unit direction method of feature identification, the method is used to determine the clamping ability of the workpiece based on the manufacturing ability of CNC machine tools, which provides a reasonable solution for multi-station rotary fixture or multi-fixture fixture design. Taking automobile brake pump body as an example, the paper analyzes the plan of workpiece clamping and has developed many practical fixture devices.
