串联比较微波代替法在微波衰减测量中是一种熟知的方法;由于回转式衰减器的出现和迅速发展,这种方法有很好的前途。为计算校准精度,必需建立起完整的误差分析理论。国外文献中关于失配误差的分析,可作依据的只有 Beatty(1954)和 Schafer(1959)的两篇,但都不符合测量中的实际情况。本文处理了一种常见的测量系统:标准衰减器和侍测衰减器之间有中介网络的情形。给出了失配误差公式和计算例,指出:如果中间网络的电压驻波比甚大,即使它有颇大的衰减量,也不能减小失配误差;为减小失配影响,必须用低反射去耦设备。
The method of series comparison microwave replacement is a well-known method in microwave attenuation measurement; this method has good prospects due to the emergence and rapid development of rotary attenuators. In order to calculate the calibration accuracy, we must establish a complete theory of error analysis. The analysis of mismatch errors in foreign literature can only be based on two works by Beatty (1954) and Schafer (1959), but none of them conform to the actual situation in measurement. This article addresses a common measurement system: the case of an intervening network between a standard attenuator and a servo attenuator. Mismatch error formulas and calculation examples are given. It is pointed out that if there is a large voltage standing wave ratio in the intermediate network, the mismatch error can not be reduced even if it has a large amount of attenuation.
