刚刚召开的全国人代会,审议了《全国人民代表大会和地方各级人民代表大会选举法》修正案,这也是对1979年选举法的第五次修改。此次修改最核心的变化,莫过于城乡选民“同票同权”进入立法。
The just-held National People’s Congress reviewed the amendment to the “Election Law of the National People’s Congress and the Local People’s Congresses at all levels,” which is also the fifth revision of the 1979 Electoral Law. The core change of this revision is that urban and rural voters “enter the legislation with the same rights and interests”.
