一、教学目标(一)情感、态度、价值观:树立规则意识,尊重规则,尊重权利,尊重法律,追求公正,具有强烈的社会正义感。(二)能力:初步认识和理解社会生活的复杂性,具有基本的道德判断和辨别是非的能力。(三)知识:知道正义要求每一个人都遵守制度规则和程序,分清什么是正义行为,什么是非正义行为。二、教学内容分析本课时所要解决的问题是帮助学生分清社会生活中的正义和非正义行为,激发学生的正义感,树立起强烈的规则意识,做一个有正义感的人。社会生活是复杂的,既有正面的、积极的现象,也有反面的、消极的现象,初中生对所接触到的一些负面社会现象,往往感到迷茫,产生疑惑,甚至盲目效仿。例如,社会生活中,有人落水,见死不救、讨价还价,歹徒行凶,无人相助,见义勇为者流血又流泪等;学校生活中,也存在着破坏纪律、违反校规,以大欺小、勒索钱财,打架斗殴、侵犯他人权利等违法乱纪现象,这些都会对学生的身心健康成长带来不良影响。因此,安排本课时教
