组织的价值就在于把分散的个体聚集在一起,通过合作以达成个体所无法企及的目标。进入组织的个体,称之为行动者,由于其拥有的权力不同,他们的行动与受规则限制的程度也有差异。权力与规则构成了集体行动的核心要素,并对集体行动的后果有直接影响。行动者对游戏规则的遵从以及对组织内部不确定资源的控制,是框定集体行动结果的必要条件。把握这一集体行动的内在机理,对理解我国当前出现的群体性事件具有重要的理论与现实意义。
The value of organization lies in bringing scattered individuals together to achieve the goals unattainable by the individual through cooperation. Individuals entering the organization, called actors, also have differences in their actions and regulatory restrictions due to the different powers they have. Powers and rules form the core elements of collective action and have a direct impact on the consequences of collective action. Actors’ compliance with the rules of the game and the control of the uncertain resources within the organization are necessary conditions for defining the results of the collective action. Grasping the internal mechanism of this collective action has important theoretical and practical significance for understanding the current mass incidents in our country.
