讨论了随机参数服从非正态分布前轴的可靠性优化设计问题。在基本随机参数的前四阶矩已知的情况下 ,应用随机摄动法和 Edgeworth级数方法对前轴进行可靠性优化设计 ,通过计算机程序可以实现随机参数服从非正态分布的前轴可靠性优化设计 ,迅速准确地得到了前轴的可靠性优化设计信息。计算结果表明 ,在对随机参数服从非正态分布的前轴进行可靠性优化设计时 ,该文所提出的方法有效和实用。
The reliability optimization design problem of random parameters obeying non-normal distributed front axles is discussed. In the case that the first four moments of the basic random parameters are known, the stochastic perturbation method and Edgeworth series method are used to optimize the reliability of the front axle, and the stochastic parameters can be obeyed by the computer program. Sex optimization design, quickly and accurately get the front axle reliability optimization design information. The calculation results show that the proposed method is effective and practical in the reliability optimization design of the front axle with random parameters subject to non-normal distribution.
