利用“定向越野”集体育、军事、娱乐于一体的特性,结合学校现有人力、物力等有利条件,特开设“定向越野”这门校本课程。通过专业体育教师的有效指导,以兴趣活动小组为主体,以课堂教学为载体,促使每个学生掌握定向越野运动技术。定向越野“课程的开设,既满足了学生课程多样性的需要,又使学生全面锻炼身体,增强身体机能,且培养了拼搏精神和良好的道德品质。形成一整套行之有效的定向越野校本教材和教学模式,为各类小学开展定向越野活动提供了理论依据和实践支撑,取得了预期的效果。
