本文用一次注射完全福氏佐剂——抗原乳剂加百日咳疫苗的方法在Wistar大鼠诱发了EAE,发病率在95％以上。一定剂量的高等真菌茯苓的提取物——茯苓素对EAE的诱发有抑制作用。茯苓素与环磷酰胺同时作用,对EAE的抑制有协同作用。
In this paper, a complete injection of Freund’s adjuvant-antigen emulsion plus pertussis vaccine induced Wistar rats EAE, the incidence of more than 95%. A certain dose of higher fungus Poria extract - Poria on EAE induced inhibition. Poria and cyclophosphamide at the same time, inhibition of EAE have a synergistic effect.
