以流体的基础数据(流量、密度、黏度、表面张力等)为基础,根据SH/T3035-2007《石油化工工艺装置管径选择导则》中两相流型的计算模型,以VB6.0作为开发用户操作界面的平台,设计了一个适用于石化装置牛顿性流体的管道两相流流型判断及管径计算的软件。通过实例计算证明,该软件不仅能提高手算或excel计算的效率,还可方便地输出流型判断及管径计算的结果,给设计工作带来便利。Based on the fluid dates(flow rate, density, viscosity, surface tension, etc, accorded to the calculation model of two phase flow regime in SH/T 3035-2007, used the VB6.0 as a platform to develop a user operation interface, designed a software which apply to judge the flow regime of newton fluid pipe gas-liquid two phase flow and calculate pipe diameter. Proved by practical calculation, the software can not only develop the efficiency of calculation, but also can output the flow regime judgment results conveniently, this all can make the design effort convenience.
Based on the basic data of fluid (flow, density, viscosity, surface tension, etc.), according to the computational model of two-phase flow in SH / T3035-2007 Guideline for Selection of Pipe Diameter for Petrochemical Process Equipment, VB6.0 The platform of user interface was developed, and a software for judging the flow pattern of pipeline two-phase flow and calculating the diameter of pipe for Newtonian fluid in petrochemical plant was designed. The example shows that the software can not only improve the efficiency of manual calculation or excel calculation, but also output the result of flow pattern judgment and pipe diameter calculation conveniently and bring convenience to the design work.
