我们对137名铅作业工人作了血锌卟啉(Zpp)及尿δ-氨基酮戊酸(δ-ALA)测定,发现它们之间有着很好的相关性。血Zpp在国外已作为铅接触及铅中毒的诊断指标,而国内尚未见有血Zpp与δ-ALA之间关系的有关报道。现将我们所掌握的资料作如下分析。
We measured ZPP and δ-ALA in 137 lead workers and found that there was a good correlation between them. Blood Zpp has been used as a diagnostic indicator of lead exposure and lead poisoning in foreign countries, and no reports of the relationship between blood Zpp and δ-ALA have been reported in China. Now we have the information for the following analysis.
