汞是制造温度计的主要原料,在生产設备较差或防护条件不好的厂房內,汞很易蒸发弥散于生产环境的空气中,以致危害工人健康,严重时并可造成职业性汞中毒。为了了解水銀温度計制造过程,汞对生产环境污染情况以及对工人健康的影响,我們曾对××厂温度計制造車間的劳动卫生条件和工人健康状况进行了調查,結合生产条件提出了預防措施,現将情况报告如下:

Mercury can easily evaporate and disperse in the air of production environments in factories with poor production facilities or poor protection conditions, so as to endanger the health of workers. In severe cases, it can cause occupational mercury poisoning. In order to understand the mercury thermometer manufacturing process, mercury pollution on the production environment and the impact on workers ’health, we have conducted a survey on the labor and hygiene conditions and the workers’ health conditions in the thermometer manufacturing plant in ×× Plant, and put forward the precautionary measures according to the production conditions , The current situation is reported as follows:
