现在这个时代,在中职会计教学中我们普遍比较重视会计专业教学,忽视了重要的职业道德教育,这样的做法与我国现阶段的发展战略不相符的,正是由于这个原因,我们在进行中等职业技术学校会计专业教学的时候,要把职业道德教育放在首位,这样做,可以很好的保持会计从业人员的良好素质。会计从业人员建立良好的职业素质其实是一步步来的,需要一个较为长期的学习与实践的过程。中等职业技术学校的学生正处在道德品质的可塑期,是形成良好职业道德的关键阶段,如果在此阶段加以正确的引导,那么,将对学生的人生产生重大影响。综上所述,我们在进行中等职业技术学校会计教学的时候应该把专业教育和职业道德教育很好的融合在一起,培养职业素养和道德品质两方面都过硬的会计人才。
Nowadays, we generally pay more attention to the teaching of accounting major in accounting teaching in secondary vocational schools and neglect the important vocational moral education. To sum up, when we carry out the accounting teaching of secondary vocational and technical schools should be a good combination of professional education and professional ethics education, training professional and moral qualities both excellent accounting personnel.
