有证据表明,除LH外,睾丸局部产生的因子也能调节睾丸间质细胞的甾体生成。曾发现部分纯化的大鼠睾丸液(rTF)可增加已被LH充分刺激的睾丸间质细胞的甾体生成。白蛋白就是该部分纯化rTF中的主要成份。
There is evidence that, in addition to LH, factors produced locally in the testes can also regulate steroidogenesis in testicular stromal cells. It has been found that partially purified rat testis fluid (rTF) increases the steroidogenesis of testicular stromal cells that have been sufficiently stimulated by LH. Albumin is the major component of this partially purified rTF.
