头孢吡肟是第4代头孢菌素,与第3代头孢菌素相比,它具有抗菌谱更广,对某些β-内酰胺酶的水解作用更稳定的优势.对临床上大多数需氧的革兰阳性菌和阴性菌,包括绿脓杆菌、肠杆菌、耐氨基糖苷类和其他对3代头孢菌素耐药的产1型β-内酰胺酶的菌株均具抗菌活性.头孢吡肟与输液的配伍实验目前我们尚未见报道,本试验对注射用头孢吡肟与6种输液配伍的稳定性进行考察,为临床配伍用药提供依据.1 仪器与试药1.1 仪器 紫外分光光度计(日本岛津UV-160A型);电子天平(上海天平仪器厂,FA1004型);电热恒温水浴锅(广东汕头医疗器械二厂,HHS21-6);酸度计(上海伟业仪器厂,pHS3C型).
