目的:中西药结合治疗卵巢囊肿疗效分析研究。方法:本文选取我院于2013年08月-2014年08月收治的70例卵巢囊肿患者,将其随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组采用头孢曲松钠、甲硝唑等西药实施治疗,治疗组采用中西药结合治疗方式,对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果:治疗组的治疗总有效率为94.29%,痊愈率达到了57.14%,对照组的治疗总有效率为71.43%,痊愈率只有28.57%,两组结果对比存在显著性差异(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:卵巢囊肿患者采用中西药结合治疗方式,更能够发挥桂枝茯苓丸的中药作用,提高患者治疗效果,值得在临床中推广应用。
Objective: To study the curative effect of ovarian cyst treated by combination of Chinese and western medicine. Methods: Seventy patients with ovarian cyst admitted in our hospital from August 2013 to August 2014 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group was treated with western medicine such as ceftriaxone sodium and metronidazole , The treatment group using traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment, compared the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients. Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.29% and the cure rate was 57.14%. The total effective rate of the control group was 71.43% and the cure rate was only 28.57%. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05) ,has statistical significane. Conclusion: Ovarian cysts in patients with traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment, more able to play Guizhi Fuling pill of traditional Chinese medicine, improve the therapeutic effect of patients, it is worth to promote the clinical application.
