深圳,中国改革开放最早的经济特区,目前下辖6个区,26个街道办事处,19个镇。其中,罗湖区、福田区、南山区、盐田区位于经济特区内,宝安区、龙岗区地处经济特区外。房地产业是深圳第三产业的支柱产业之一,深圳的房地产市场起步早,市场化程度高、规划设计超前、营销手法多样,一度被称为中国房地产市场的样板城市。
Shenzhen, the earliest SEZ of China for its reform and opening up, currently has 6 districts, 26 sub-district offices and 19 towns. Among them, Luohu District, Futian District, Nanshan District, Yantian District are located in the special economic zones, Bao’an District, Longgang District is located outside the special economic zones. The real estate industry is one of the pillar industries in the tertiary industry in Shenzhen. The real estate market in Shenzhen started early, with a high degree of marketization, advanced planning and design, and diversified marketing techniques. It was once known as a model city in China’s real estate market.
