一个社会既要有每一个生活在社会中的人都必须遵守的,从实际出发的道德规范,也要有一个大多数人虽不能至却心向往之的最高的理想境界。这应是社会主义社会的一个特色。从客观上看,首先是各级领导干部在道德上应处于让人们心向往之的位置上。这首先是因为,共产党是执政党,我们实行的是公有制为主体的社会主义市场经济,就是说是由执政地位和经济制度决定的。这两个方面要求各级领导干部不仅要依法执政,而且要表现出高尚的思想道德情操。这两者是相辅相成的。中
