当前,以“讲学习、讲政治、讲正气”为主要内容的党性党风教育正在全国县级以上党政领导班子和领导干部中逐步展开。党中央一再强调,在这次极为重要的党性党风教育中,全党同志首先是党的各级领导干部要发扬整风精神,深入学习邓小平理论,要以整风的精神认真开展批评与自我批评,用整风精神解决党内存在的问题。因此,深刻认识并准确把握“整风精神”这一重大科学命题,正确运用这一武器,对于推动“三讲”教育健康发展、走向深入并取得较大成效,具有重要意义。
