1 设计思想 医院设备管理的内容,包括设备运动全过程的管理,而在设备运动的全过程中,存在着两种形态。一是设备的物质运动形态,包括设备的选购,验收,安装,调试,使用,维修等。二是设备的价值运动形态,包括设备的资金来源,预算,经济效益等。从这两个方面设计,并根据等级医院对设备的管理要求,对医疗设备进行微机管理。收集全院设备的有关信息,对设备运行状况进行科学地分析评估,提供可靠的信息与数据供院领导决策。通过管理的手段让其发挥最大的效益。
1 Design Ideas The content of hospital equipment management includes the entire process of equipment movement management. There are two forms in the whole process of equipment movement. The first is the physical movement of equipment, including equipment purchase, acceptance, installation, commissioning, use, and maintenance. The second is the value movement of equipment, including the source of funds for equipment, budget, and economic benefits. Designed from these two aspects, and according to the management requirements of the grade hospital for the equipment, the medical equipment is managed by the microcomputer. Collect relevant information of the hospital’s equipment, conduct scientific analysis and assessment of equipment operation status, and provide reliable information and data for hospital leadership decision-making.
