南水北调中线工程穿黄隧洞锚具槽部位新浇混凝土与原混凝土之间形成环状施工缝,因新旧混凝土性能差异,导致部分施工缝表面呈片状、点状渗水,为加强止水防渗效果,施工缝经化学灌浆处理后,需再进行聚脲材料表面涂覆封闭处理。由于穿黄隧洞内具有低温、潮湿的环境特点,为保证施工质量,选取CW620聚脲混凝土表面防护材料进行应用实验研究。
