国家安全标准AQ6201-2006《煤矿安全监控系统通用技术要求》里规定在试验室条件下煤矿井下监控系统传输误码率应≤10-8。但是目前我国煤矿安全监控系统在煤矿井下运行监测过程中存在虚设、非正常运行、非正常关联配接而使本安防爆失效等诸多技术问题,导致安全监控系统作用不能充分发挥,从而使煤矿井下监控系统在数据传输过程中出现丢数、漏数、冒“大数”等问题。介绍了误码率在线检测的紧迫性及不同监控系统实施在线检测存在的问题,提出了在线检测仪的设计思路及运行方式。
National Safety Standard AQ6201-2006 “General Requirements for Coal Mine Safety Monitoring System” stipulates that the transmission error rate of coal mine monitoring system shall be ≤10-8 under laboratory conditions. However, at present, there are many technical problems such as faulty and non-normal operation of coal mine safety monitoring and control system in operation monitoring of underground coal mine, failure of explosion-proof of intrinsic safety due to non-normal connection, and the function of safety monitoring and control system can not be fully utilized, Monitoring system in the process of data transmission, the number of lost, the number of leaks, take “big number ” and other issues. This paper introduces the urgency of on-line error rate detection and the problems existed in the on-line monitoring of different monitoring systems. The design idea and operation mode of on-line detector are proposed.
