四川省电力公司为了更好地贯彻落实中共中央《关于中国共产党党员领导干部廉洁从政若干准则》和党中央国务院《关于实行党风廉政建设责任制的规定》,进一步加强企业党风廉政建设和反腐败工作,在全公司范围内实行了处级领导干部廉洁从政保证金及奖励考核办法(以下简称廉政保证金制)。该公司的主要作法是,在公司现职领导干部中每年初层层签订党风廉政建设责任书后,按职级交纳一定数额的保证金由公司作专户存储,并按年度进行考核。对认真执行党风廉政建设责任制、全面完成责任目标、廉洁从政者,公司给予所交保证金数额对等的廉洁从政奖,否则将其保证金收缴作公司党风廉政建设奖励基金,并受到相应的责任追究。
