目的 :探讨视网膜脱离巩膜扣带术后眼视网膜中央动脉血流动力学的改变。方法 :对 2 6例单眼孔源性视网膜脱离行局部外加压术 (16眼 )或环扎术 (10眼 )巩膜扣带手术方法后 ,应用彩色多普勒成像检测视网膜中央动脉血流速度 ,对侧健眼为对照眼。结果 :局部巩膜外加压术后 16眼视网膜中央动脉血流平均流速值 [(4.0 5± 0 .35 ) cm / s]较对侧健眼 [(5 .5 4± 1.2 6 )cm/ s]明显降低 (P <0 .0 1) ;环扎术 10眼视网膜中央动脉血流平均流速值 [(3.10± 0 .5 4 ) cm / s]较对侧健眼 [(5 .0 9± 0 .94 )cm/ s]明显降低 (P <0 .0 1)。环扎术眼视网膜中央动脉血流平均流速值较外加压术眼明显降低 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :局部巩膜外加压术和环扎术均可引起视网膜中央动脉血流速度改变 ,以环扎术后视网膜中央动脉血流速度改变较为明显
Objective: To investigate the hemodynamic changes of central retinal artery after retinal detachment with scleral buckling. Methods: 26 cases of monocular retinal detachment under local external pressure (16 eyes) or cerclage (10 eyes) scleral buckling surgery, the application of color Doppler imaging of the central retinal artery blood flow velocity , The contralateral eye for the control eye. Results: The average velocity of central retinal artery blood flow in 16 eyes [(4.05 ± 0.35) cm / s] after partial scleral buckling was significantly higher than that in the contralateral healthy eyes [(5.54 ± 1.2 6) cm / s (P <0.01). The mean velocity of central retinal artery blood flow in 10 eyes of cerclage group [(3.10 ± 0.54) cm / s] was significantly higher than that of the contralateral healthy eye [(5.09 ± 0.94) cm / s] was significantly lower (P <0.01). The average velocity of the central retinal artery blood flow in the cerclage eye was significantly lower than that in the external pressure eye (P <0.01). CONCLUSIONS: Local scleral buckling and cerclage can both cause changes of central retinal blood flow velocity, and the central retinal artery blood flow velocity changes more obviously after cerclage
