该研究使用无胸腺鼠建立腰椎融合术模型 ,分别用从鼠骨髓细胞克隆出的 D1 -BAG细胞 (骨祖细胞 )和复合骨髓基质细胞作为实验组和对照组。结果发现实验组在早期有更多的成熟骨组织形成。同骨髓基质细胞在腰椎融合术中应用相比 D1 -BAG应用腰椎融合时缺少软骨骨化阶段。表明克隆
In this study, athymic mice were used to establish a lumbar fusion model. D1-BAG cells (osteoprogenitor cells) and bone marrow stromal cells cloned from mouse bone marrow cells were used as experimental group and control group respectively. The results showed that the experimental group in the early more mature bone formation. Compared with the application of bone marrow stromal cells in lumbar fusion, the lack of cartilage ossification during lumbar fusion with D1-BAG. Indicates cloning
