我科从2000年3月至2001年11月,采用进口材料及美国GE公司生产的血管造影机,对21例急性心肌梗死病人进行经皮腔冠状动脉成形术（PTCA）+经皮腔冠状动脉支架置入术（stent）术治疗,取得非常好的疗效,现报告如下:1 临床资料1.1 对象:我科近1年介入治疗急性心肌梗死患者。急性心肌梗死的诊断符合标准,每1例均有典型的心肌酶谱改变及心电图改变。21例中男18例,女3例,年龄46岁～77岁,18例经过溶栓治疗,其中8例临床判断溶栓成功。吸烟7例,高血压10例,糖尿病6例,高脂血症14例。

Eighteen patients underwent thrombolytic therapy, of which 8 were clinically successful thrombolysis. 7 cases of smoking, 10 cases of hypertension, 6 cases of diabetes, hyperlipidemia in 14 cases.
