我厂由于氯气钢瓶口密闭发生故障,节门由于腐蚀失灵,氯气大量外溢,由于风方向原因,操作工因为有预防性措施,没有发生中毒,而离氯气瓶仅20米蹲女厕所中的5名女工发生中毒。临床资料:5名工人皆为女性,年龄21～36岁,其中一名女工妊娠3个月随即来保健站就医,临床症状:刺激性咳嗽,咳痰,有窒息感,三例有恶心呕吐,一例口中咯出粉红色泡沫痰。临床体征:神智尚清,感情淡漠,咽喉充血,脉博增快,一例血压偏低84/60mmHg,四例有干性啰音,一例肺内有大量湿性
