目的观察阿维A胶囊、迪银片结合中药对治疗寻常性银屑病的疗效。方法62例寻常性银屑病患者分为治疗组和对照组,两组均用阿维A胶囊和迪银片,治疗组同时根据中医不同病期发病机理进行辩证施治。比较治疗后疗效。结果治疗组治愈率32.26%,对照组治愈率6.45%,治疗组明显优于对照组;治疗组总有效率为77.42%,对照组总有效率为70.97%,两组总有效率相比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论阿维A胶囊、迪银片中药结合治疗,对寻常性银屑病具有较好的效果。
Objective To observe the effect of Avia A Capsule and Di Yin Tablet combined with traditional Chinese medicine on the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris. Methods Sixty-two patients with psoriasis vulgaris were divided into treatment group and control group. Both groups were treated with Avia A capsule and dioxin tablets. The treatment group was dialectically treated according to the pathogenesis of TCM at different stages. Compare the efficacy after treatment. Results The cure rate of the treatment group was 32.26%, the cure rate of the control group was 6.45%, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group; the total effective rate was 77.42% in the treatment group and 70.97% in the control group, the total effective rate was significantly different There was significant (P <0.05). Conclusions Avi A capsules and Di Yin tablets combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment have a good effect on psoriasis vulgaris.
