我院用B超检测羊水偏少及过少,采用的是羊水指数法。AFI5.0￣8.0cm为羊水偏少,AFI<5.0cm为羊水过少。羊水过少是产科并发症之一,它可严重影响围产儿预后,一般以剖宫产终止妊娠为宜。而羊水偏少的孕妇,在具备监测条件的情况下,可行阴道试产。本文回顾性分析我院2004年9月～2006年8月两年间B超诊断羊水偏少者其分晚结局及新生儿预后。以便为今后临床工作提供参考。
