我国国企的企业文化建设二十年来经历了企业文化文体化、政治化、表象化等阶段,目前越来越多的人开始接受“企业文化是管理实践”的观念,创建工作的出发点也越来越务实了。然而就当前的具体实践而言,我们仍存在不少认识上的困惑和操作上的障碍:一是对企业文化建设是一项系统工程缺乏足够的认识;二是对企业文化建设的组织实施缺乏足够的认识;三是对企业育人职能缺乏应有的重视。如何以开拓务实的精神建设企业文化?笔者认为应从两个方面入手。
