圆锥轴承外圈滚道是一锥体,不能用简单的直接法测得直径尺寸。过去多用二球法、四球法、翻转法等间接测量,经过长期实践证明,这几种方法存在许多缺点,不能满足生产发展的需要。如:二球法测量不易掌握,等温时间长、效率低,且耗费量块。四球法是综合测量,对样圈的椭圆度要求很严,给样圈的挑选和制造带来了困难,在计算上也较复杂。翻转法测量程序多、麻烦,并且测量精度较低。针对上述情况,我室计量工人遵照毛主席关于“人类总得不断地总结经验,有所发现,有所发明,有所创造,有所前进”的教导,在鞍钢宪法精神的鼓舞下,大胆革新,经过多次试验,终于在万能测长仪上采肝专用测钩解决了这一测量问题。如图1所
