班集体是学校根据教育和管理的需要而组织起来的基层集体,是学生学习和生活的微观环境。一个功能健全的班集体,不仅能促进学生身心健康发展,而且影响学生学习兴趣、学习态度和学习结果。而成功的经验又告诉我们,在引导和培育正确的集体舆论过程中,首先要让集体成员认识和掌握正确的价值观、道德观和判断真善美与假丑恶的标准。集体成员的种种观点的形成都离不开家庭的道德观。因为每个成员都对应着一个不同的家庭。因而生活在同一集体中的学生他们的理想、道德、行为习惯各不相同。这便是家长道德影响的结果,尤其对小学教育尤为显明。下面就此内容谈谈笔者的几点看法。
Class collective is a grass-roots collective organized by schools according to the needs of education and management. It is a microcosmic environment for students to study and live. A full-fledged class can not only promote the physical and mental health of students, but also affect students’ interest in learning, attitude towards learning and learning outcomes. The successful experience tells us that in guiding and nurturing the correct collective public opinion, we must first let the collective members recognize and master the correct values, moral values and judgments of truth, goodness and beauty and false ugly standards. The formation of various viewpoints of collective members can not be separated from the family’s morality. Because each member corresponds to a different family. Thus students living in the same group have different ideals, ethics and behaviors. This is the result of the moral impact of parents, especially for primary education.
