目的:研究垂丝海棠内生真菌Penicillium oxalicum的代谢产物。方法:从垂丝海棠叶片中分离得到一株内生真菌CLP001,通过18S r DNA的ITS基因序列比对分析对其进行鉴定,并利用液体静置培养的方法得到发酵产物,以及利用硅胶,LH-20羟丙基葡聚糖凝胶,半制备HPLC等多种柱色谱技术对其分离纯化,并根据化合物的光谱数据和理化性质进行结构鉴定。结果:内生真菌CLP001与P.oxalicum的相似性达到99%,因此被鉴定为P.oxalicum CLP001,从内生真菌发酵产物中分离鉴定了10个化合物,分别为亚油酸甘油三酯(1),1,2-亚油酸甘油二酯(2),1-单亚油酸甘油酯(3),单乙酸甘油酯(4),棕榈酸(5),亚油酸(6),麦角甾醇(7),1-D-阿拉伯醇-单亚油酸酯(8),尿嘧啶(9),反-丁烯二酸(10)。结论:其中化合物1~4以及8,10为首次从该属中分离得到。
Objective: To study the metabolites of endophytic fungi Penicillium oxalicum. Methods: An endophytic fungus, CLP001, was isolated from the leaves of Begonia cordifolia. ITS ITS sequence was identified by 18S r DNA sequence analysis. The fermentation products were obtained by liquid static culture. -20 hydroxypropyl dextran gel, semi-preparative HPLC and other column chromatographic techniques were isolated and purified, and according to the spectral data of the compound and the physical and chemical properties of the structure identification. Results: The endophytic fungus CLP001 was identified as P.oxalicum CLP001 with 99% identity with P.oxalicum. Ten compounds were identified from endogenous fungal fermentation products, namely linoleic acid triglyceride (1 , Linoleic acid diglyceride (2), 1-monolinoleate (3), glyceryl monoacetate (4), palmitic acid (5), linoleic acid Sterol (7), 1-D-arabino-monolinoleate (8), uracil (9) and trans-butenedioic acid (10). Conclusion: Compounds 1 ~ 4 and 8,10 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
