虹膜角膜内皮综合征(Irodoeorneal en dotheljal Sgndrome)简称ICE综合征。以角膜内皮异常,瞳孔弯形、虹膜异常引起视朦及眼胀眼痛为其主要临床特征的眼病,笔者曾遇2例,报告如下。例1 女、53岁,住院号46951。因右眼球胀痛,视朦三个月,于1985年1月24日入院,发现右眼瞳孔变形5年,无眼外伤及其他眼病史,无类似眼病家族史。体格检查、实验室检查正常。眼部检查:视力:右眼0.2,左眼0.9,
