近年来红外分光光度法(简称IR法)在有机药物分析中应用日趋广泛,由于此法专属性高,在药品质量标准中,常结合其它理化分析法广泛用于鉴别有机药物。《中华人民共和国药典》1977年版已开始采用IR法并有日益推广的趋势。中国药典历版采用IR法的情况如表1所示。
In recent years, the infrared spectrophotometry (referred to as the IR method) is widely used in the analysis of organic drugs. Due to the high specificity of this method, it is often used in the quality standards of medicines for the identification of organic drugs in combination with other physicochemical methods. “The People’s Republic of China Pharmacopoeia” 1977 edition has begun to adopt the IR method and there is an increasing trend. Chinese Pharmacopoeia calendar using the IR method as shown in Table 1.
