皮炎宁酊中醋酸肤轻松(C_(26)H_(32)F_2O_7)含量的测定,标准中采用的是高效液相色谱法(HPLC),但一般中小型药厂不具备 HPLC,给日常分析带来了困难。利用简单仪器法分析,就要把样品分解,将有机氟转为无机氟,通过测定氟含量以间接测定醋酸肤轻松。氧瓶燃烧法对固体样品比较有效,但对液体样品则操作麻烦、再现性较差,用的较少。我们呈用酸抽提法想把氟以 HF 的形式游离出来,效果亦不好,这可能是常温下酸不易将脂肪环上的 C—F 键断开之故。本文最后用碱性高锰酸钾氧化法分解样品,用氟离子选择电极法测定无机氟以间接测定醋酸肤轻松,效果令人满意。

At last, the sample was decomposed by the alkaline potassium permanganate oxidation method, and the fluoride ion selective electrode method was used to determine the inorganic fluoride to determine the acetic acid skin easily. The result was satisfying.
