用硬质合金端铣刀铣削工件时,往往因刀齿产生破损而失去工作能力。端铣刀的几何角度和安装位置对刀齿切入、切出工件时的接触点位置有直接影响。因而,使用时,合理的选择端铣刀的安装位置对减少刀齿的破损起重要作用。本文提出了用图解法直观而迅速地决定带过渡刃端铣刀切入、切出时的接触位置及冲击大小。这将有助于对端铣刀的破损和最佳安装位置的研究。
Milling the workpiece with carbide end mills tends to lose the ability to work due to broken teeth. The geometry of the end mill and its mounting position have a direct effect on the position of the contact point when cutting in and out of the workpiece. Therefore, the use of reasonable choice of the end mill installation position to reduce the tooth damage plays an important role. This paper presents a graphical method to determine visually and promptly with the transition edge cutter into contact, cut out the contact position and impact size. This will help in the study of the damage to the end mill and the optimum installation location.
