6CrNiMaSiMoV钢,简称GD钢是华中工学院与大冶钢厂研究所共间研制的高强韧性低合金冷模钢。这种钢经冷处理后,它的各项性能明显优于CrWMn和Cr12钢,使用寿命是他们的四倍左右。一、冷处理的目的为了使GD钢模具适应服役的环境温度,如冬天在0℃以下工作,在夏天,环境温度在30℃以上,模具在连续工件时加上剪切时产生的温度,均能适应,而且性能不变坏,保持其高耐磨性,不崩刃口,寿命长。为此采用
